I have a small question about this new tail rotor head.

It will work also with the old Control Arm:

Or I have to upgrade to the new:

it requires the multi-link tail control arm.

Default Max blade length

Thank you for the answer!

I have an other question about the main blade.

I'm working on a new scale-project with the Align 3 Blabe Main and Tail head.

The Align standard 3 Blade are 690mm

It will work also with 720mm or I will have Problems with the tail blade?

I saw a Nitro with 710mm, but the Nitro has a 15mm longer Tail boom...

The Align 690 3-pack is the best for 3D performance.

But, most other blades will be heavier and more stable

The head itself is advertised for 700 / 800 - so I assume you could fit much longer blades that 690 / 700 and not worry about the head having a mechanical failure.

I used to use 710mm blades on my T700N v2 with 105mm tail blades without problems.
I don't think the 3-blade blade grips are any wider then 2-blade blade grips - so I would try it.

I am not sure what the "blade holder" is

You mean the EPS foam holder that mounts on the tailboom and holds the blades when they are folded back?
It is designed for a good fit with the 690mm blades

Or the main blade grips?
Those are also designed for the 690mm blades, but any blade that is designed for the Trex 700 should fit fine.

Default Rotax

Sounds a bit like a Rotax powered LSA. Not all the time but I hear it. We have a few at our airport and they are called "ramp lice". It has the same sound on occasion.
