ESC Setting HW

Hello, I just Changed my ESC to HW but been flying last week and the default setup as recommended i think is not correct since after a 5-7 minutes flight at 80% throttle the motor is very hot can't put my finger in it for more then 2 sec, and im not a smack 3D.

On both im using default, and 80% throttle on store gov.

Setup 1.
Minicopter Triabolo 700 XTS 4535-460 18T Hobbywing 160HV v4 (12s)

Setup 2.
Minicopter Diablo 550 4020-1200 20T Hobbywing 120LV v4 (6s)
