Default Inconsistent Piro Rate

Question for you guys on my 6HVU I have a inconsistent Piro rate which I never had before. Currently Piro Flips and Piro Funnels are awful.

Could this be due to the fact I replaced the boom support spacers with the ones from the Chronos which are shorter?

Inconsistent how?

Is it speeding up and slowing down randomly, especially when there's lots of airspeed? If so, that's usually fixed by increasing "I" gain a little at a time.

I gain is not the trick but every 90 degrees of a piro there is a brief pause in Piro Funnels and Piro flips
