Default tail blades

I wonder if most use 105's as tail blades ? seems like it could use a bit longer ones like 110's ?
running 710 main CY blades

I run KBDD 710 EE mains with the KBDD carbon 105 tail blades.

I run +-14degrees collective at 2150rpm.
No tail issues at all. I flew it Sunday in the crazy winds we had here at 1950rpm no issues then either.

At lower head speeds with 720mm mains. I would run 110 tail blades myself. I prefer the higher head speeds myself though.

When I was flying Zeal blades I ran 718mm mains and 110 tail blades. So clearance isn't an issue at all.

I think it comes down to how you fly and what you can do with the gear ratio. My Aurora had a 1:4.9 ratio on the tail and I really liked it with the more common 105mm tail blades. I originally experimented with my 6HV by using longer tail blades (105s compared to 96s) and it added too much weight or mass (for lack of better words to describe it). But it was nice to have the room to try.

I usually have problems with reversals going nose-right or coming out of a big tail slide with nose-right commands at the bottom on anything with too low of a ratio (such as my X3 or 450 Pro). Going to longer blades didn't help much so I'm thinking it's a lack of tail rotor speed/authority that I'm having (again, for my flying style).

I can't say I've felt a problem on the bigger machines though; even on a Trex 700E and I know they have a similar or smaller ratio than the Forza does.
