Default Quick battery tray

Absolutely! I have converted all of my older models to this new system.
Only minor issue is that the release tab was rubbing on the 700 comp canopy. I heated the canopy, and created a "bulge" in it to clear the tab.

Much lighter than KDE battery tray? It certainly looks that way.

It's actually lighter than the stock system with the straps so I would think it's much lighter than the Kde

This KDE setup came with my 630comp (originally) when I picked it up on the forums. It's a beautiful tray system but at 90 grams.... I should give the new tray a shot.

The red trays are the newer, stiffer version from SAB.

I've got the red (new) version on the way for my Goblin 630 comp (700 converted)

I'm curious as to if there is a place to mount an RX pack under the frame like before?

Thanks.

This is the whole system. In addition you can buy trays on their own and the rails on their own without trays which works well for those lunatics like me that have several 700 based goblins https://www.rotorquest.com/categorie...Release-%20Set

What happens in a hard battery ejecting crash. No guards in place to protect from battery punctures
