I have a lot on spool up but none on landing. I did relube the feathering shaft and dampeners but have yet to fly.

Mine is quite smooth at spool up. Some wobble but that I have related to the blades settling in because second spool up doesn't wobble at all.

It was just at spooldown, and now only if I have a rough landing...

For me wobble/shakes on spooldown has always been from the blades being too loose in the grips.
