The one I ordered was exactly the same weight.

yeah, the weight of the carbon canopy is exactly the same as the Fiberglass. Each weighs 20g on the scale.

Upgrading would be done only for aesthetic reasons. No performance gains, and the carbon canopy is the exact same shape as the fiberglass, unlike the OXY 3, whereas the carbon (tareq) canopy is narrower.

I should clarify that this was a custom order from Canomod. I have no idea if there is a regular production oxy 2 carbon canopy design.

That canopy looks great! I think it fits very well with the red anodize.

That was my plan. I am a big fan of fluorescent yellow, but wanted to have some red in there to go along with the anodized pieces of the frame.

Pretty happy with the results.

Now im debating wether I want to get a similar matching canopy for my Oxy 3 Tareq edition

Id like to see yellow main blades and tail blades.

My only complaint with the Oxy 2 is that I cant see the black blades at all in flight, and my only options are either orange Lynx blades or Zeals, but I strongly prefer the flying style of the Lynx blades for the type of flying that I do.

You mean there are 190mm Zeals?

Sorry, no. I was referring to the 210mm stretch blades.

Still though, it'd be nice to have yellow Lynx blades available in both 190mm as well as 210mm.

I can't make up my mind about the Fusuno canopy - I think it looks really nice, until I look at the OXY one that looks better

I agree,
I love the OXY canopy. Also the OXY 3 canopy.

But if I have two, they should have different canopies
Was the same in OXY 3.

My favourite canopies of all OXY 3 and 2 canopies are the "normal" stock canopies.

Cannot say yet - because of the motor I tested (see here).
Will report when I do have a 1911 3600 kv also in my Cube.
