To many Gains

At the home screen i see: RUD A 34%
AIL A 100%
ELE A 100%
In the TX T8FG i see GY 34%
GYI 50%
GYII 50%
At the Condition menu HeadHldA 80%
HeadHidE 80% What ever i try i only can change the RUD number on the home screen, the other two stay at 100%.
Can someone explain which is the real gain number? 100, 80, or 50%
Also how can i change the AIL/ELE number on the home screen?
