All in good time, grasshopper...all are in flying shape, but have some canopy work to get through...

They are housed 4 at a time in Harbor Freight cases (lengthwise) using 1/8" Masonite dividers...same as My 180CFX fleet

BTW...the count is up to 14 (I forgot to include Fat Albert)

The new addition to my 130X family. It was stock when I got it so I couldn`t resist a couple cosmetic upgrades.

I have several more than that now. If I posted a pic of the big plastic bin I slide under our bed, ya'll would have the "white coats" showing up to my door.

I havent focused on any but a couple at a time for a while, but I probably have around 22-25 airframes, nearly all flyable. And nine 130x boxes of parts. Got it all during the "great exodus" about a year back.

I still fly them off and on steadily, but I've been messing around with 300-450 class for the most part lately. Just traded off three of them as a single package last night

If I get the courage up, I may slide it out and shoot a pic of it tonight.

Wow very nice 130x ! I like the color scheme it's makes it easier to see when flying .
Check out the one I just built and it flys really good . Flew it for a couple packs at the field . Unfortunately I forgot the stronger outrunner motor equals shorter flight times. Was actually ready to come down from a very successful flight and heard the heli start winding down as it was descendeding for landing I fluttered the collective and managed to do a baby auto from about 10 ft. No damage except a rounded plastic C gear. Already have some metal C/ D gears in the mail.

Yeah the color scheme lets me get a little further out.
What frame do you have?

This is the 3rd one I've owned after swearing after the 2nd I would not buy one again. Picked it up off the classifieds basically stock. Old habits kicked in and the only stock remaining is the 3-in-1, cyclics, main gear, and grips, lol.

It's a hodgepodge of Microheli, Lynx, Edge, TurboAce, and Xtreme parts. Getting tough to find some things, but overall there's still quite a few parts out there, though I think I got the last white Lynx tail blades in the US this week.

The Xtreme skids are awesome. For sure. But I went with the green option which matched my custom green canopy better

Just to give you a shot of one of my 130Xs.

Gurthang is mostly stock, I think it had an MH tail box at the time I took the pic (now stock, but for an MH slider bearing), extended boom supports and a metal MH swash with a rear-loaded a/r pin. Oh, and a second guide for the pushrod.

I made it up from parts; in doing so, I was trying to keep this one as light as possible.

The other helicopters call Gurthang "Ketchup and Mustard" or "McDonald's".
