Minnzoo,

I really like the "pimped" out canopy mod. Can you give some more pictures on inside showing how you held the piece in place??

Thanks.

I used nylon screws, spacers and nuts from HK.

Default Swash has play in it

Between the top and bottom plates or pieces I just noticed there a lot of axial play or wobble. (At least when I compare it to the swash on a couple of my Trex's there is.). Can this be tightened up and if so a brief description as to how would be appreciated. Heli is still new and unflown. I was just starting the head setup and noticed this sloppiness in the swash. I can get a video clip / link of the movement up on YouTube if you would like to see it.
Thanks
RG

Here is a video of the movement. It doesn't look like much in the video but compared to other swash plates I have, it is a lot of movement. I didn't pull the swash apart when I began the assembly. I did pull the 2 top screws and applied loctite as well as the 3 bottom screws.

All thoughts are greatly appreciated. RG

That is strange. Did you try taking the swash apart to see what went awry? I would start a new threat stating your problem, you might have better luck getting Yuengling's attention.

Sorry for any Home-Depots or Lowe runs :-)

Just a thought, I could cut a bunch out in different colored g10 if you were to share the .dwg CAD file. I would alter it just a touch so that I wouldn't be making factory copied parts of course.
