Default SJM400 Flybarless

Hi

I gave my SJM400 an AC3X

The flybarless conversion was very easy as with all SJM's

After adjustment according to the instructions it flew quite good at first flight. After 3 flights everything was set The Tail needed most adjustment.

The most surprising is that the baby flies now just as his big brother. https://www.helifreak.com/showthread.php?t=92649
We can see that the electronics control every thing.

Power is not quite as cool as with the 430er, but nice!
Flight speed increase is not as remarkable then for the 430, but the floating stability is enormous in comparison to the original flybar

Here's a video. Agility is so cool see 1m15s

gruss

mguw - did you try to move by hand swash on some throttle ?

try to remove snaps from swash, dissemble blades and make a 50% of throttle.
force needed to move swash up or down is tremendous. that configure is really clean but it is beet from technical and balance point of view.
Berings are working like a chines weight. they force blade grips to always move back to 0 degree position.
you need to add some weight on top or/and above of the blade grip.
you can see how in newer version sjm designers manage that problem in that image of T1 serie. http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/attac...mentid=2365195

after adding that weight above the grip servos on swash plate will have to put less fource to make diffrent in defrees of blades.

I have same configuration of main rotor but with gu365 and hs-5065 whose burning one after one.

sory for my english
