Default Does anyone know the SJM Corporate site?

I am head over heals in love with these helis! They don't seem very popular, and I can't figure out why? They look to be incredibly well built and very solid... with styling that is out of this world!

I found RC-Tek as the sole US source (as far as I know), but wanted to find out a bit more about the different models and such.

I can't seem to find their corporate website... anyone know of a good website that had details to find out more about the different models?

There used to be a site at www.sjmrc.net (which I think was in Chinese only) but it seems to have disappeared. Unfortunately I think SJM have always suffered from appalling marketing which is one reason why they're very unusual.

Try looking on rcgroups.com as there are a few knowledgeable SJM'ers who post over there and some good threads.

Steve,

I know this sat for a while and not sure what you heard, but I just recently fell in love with these helis as well. SJM helis were made in China by a Mr. Zhang of Taiwanese decent and he recently decided to move the company to Taiwan and hand over the marketing to different company. You can read all about it here: http://www.sjm-rc.com/info/About-SJM.html

I just bought an SJM 180 and cannot wait to get my hands on it (in transit). Once I gather the money, I think the SJM 430 will become my first 500 class heli.
