Changing pitch can be done in the radio but what I meant was doing it mechanically. I just wanted to toss that out there before someone else chimed in on it. You should have a pitch gauge and a swash leveling tool if you don't already.

Default 300CFX

I have a question about this Christmas Present.
I also got one "Brand NEW" in the box. I thought noway they found one new but I could find nothing to disclaim that it had ever been flown.
My first spool up:
Had to adjust many times Setup menu G until I got the servos adjusted so it would hover and not go left/right Fwd/Rev ect on it's own.
Were you able just to bind it spool it and hover?

I finally went thru Setup menu and Parameter menu and do a lot of tweaking.

I remember mine, when I got a maybe about 2 years ago. It flew well out of the box. After my first crash, I immediately change to metal gear servos, the plastic gears was crap!

Default Servos

Yes I trashed the plastic gear servos and went with Spektrum metal gear servos. I also bought a set of the HItech metal ones also for another heli. They are cheaper in price but actually seem to be better than the H3050's
