Default I need a new set of ball link pliers!

I bent my longstanding ball link pliers a while ago, and am looking for a good quality replacement - I like nice tools!
What do people feel about the KDE UBLP pliers, in relation to their extra cost? Are there better cost effective choices. I am wary of bending them again. Plus some swash balls are not the easiest to get to!

Look at the BALL LINK REMOVAL thread started by Phoebe or BALL LINK PLIER BRAND? started by Greywolf74 in RC Helicopter Tools and Supplies.

Looking at my old pliers, they seem to be the same as the oft-bent, thin-ended (HobbyKing) yellow and black pliers, but in my case are red and black. Maybe one is a knock-off of the other, or just a variation colour-wise of the same item.
I'll look at that thread, thank you.
I am flying 600 size and mostly above, but US $57 pliers will need to last a long time!
Maybe my old pliers were only ever designed to cope with smaller machines.
