Just remember, that with an ESC with a Governor, you do not want to be running at 100%, because there is no headroom for the Governor to compensate when NR drops because of increased drag (because of increased collective or cyclic pitch). Generally, we aim for our desired head speed at 90-95%.

Also, remember that your battery voltage will decrease over the flight. You might be at 16.8v when you start, but could be around 14.4 (3.6v per cell under load) at the end of your flight. That represents a 179 rpm decrease (or 16%!!!) over the flight.
