Looks like a clear issue, the ones that failed the most were the 690 energy's really.

It seems to be surface but it's like it follows a exact path... This old girl has never been crashed, the worst that's happened to her is a rough ride in Bertha (suburban) and scratch the canopy

Not correct. There have been failures of various sizes etc. the main thing to look for is delamination on the trailing edge. Any pin holes or voids in the trailing edge and they should be discarded. The seam should not have ANY holes or slices/voids or you will be susceptible to a delam.

You can also hold the root and tip of the blades and impose a twisting force on them to see if the blades hold up to the strain. The forces on those blades in flight is much greater than you will produce by twisting with your hands.

Airbrush, scale, tape and time. Taped and 800 sand paper where I wanted the paint. Cleaned with alchole. Weighed the paint Counted my strokes and tried to stay the same speed throughout. Balanced and cg stayed very good at the end but I was going to use more paint to get them to Match if they didn't.

Thank you! I'm sure you could do if you have the basics of air brushing. I'm no wizard with one. Main thing is don't rush a paint job.
