Default LP5DSM, Fusion 4 and Macbook Pro w Windows XP Prof
Bought Phoenix direct from Horizon Hobby and updated to latest version right after installation with the included dvd disk. I've searched extensively... doesn't matter whether or not I turn on the transmitter. During setup for the transmitter, I keep getting a message saying that the USB is not connected, which effectively stops the program dead in its tracks. I've tried changing to a different port but to no avail. Thoughts?

If you have another computer available;

To verify the USB dongle functions, install Phoenix (no need to run any updates, just "spin the disc, install).

Test to see if the other computer sees the dongle and transmitter.
