hv lipo on a 160 edge hv
hey
would it be ok to use 12s hv lipos on the cc edge 160a hv

the 160a HV is for a 12s setup..so, yes..unless im misunderstanding your question.
edit: I did misunderstand question, sorry. 12s HV lipos.. not 4.20v per cell.. got no clue on that one.

Technically you will be going over the rated voltage of the capacitors (50v) if you charge 12s to 4.35v/cell so that's up to you.
You could change out the capacitors to something with a higher voltage rating if you want. 63v caps are readily available.

Ive been doing it on my castle talon 120hv without a problem. Over 50 flights till I messed it up in a crash. Hv lipos are awesome btw. What brand are you going with?
