I'm sorry I don't have my 230 anymore or it's manual, but I do remember there was a very specific process for saving the trim flight data. I'm not positive about the amount of time you want to stay in the air during a trim flight, but I remember it wasn't that long. I also remember you wanted to do it in calm weather, and if you didn't get stationary in the allotted time, the cycle would start over, so you could take your time getting the heli stable.

It`s at least 30 Seconds you should stay in the air for a trim flight. There is no specific process for saving the trim flight data, only exit trimflight mode after landing by pressing the bind button. The Heli will prompt with swash movement up and down, done.

I do believe trim flight information is in the manual.

Not the greatest machine for flying inside. You have to get it up about 4 feet before you are out of all the blade wash you are creating in a confined space.

Trim Flight Instructions. I find doing a few short ones works best for me.

230s are supposed to have been factory flown. I suspect it is possible that in the build the swash may not be perfect and an adjustment is necessary and that adjustment may actually level it. Mine was fine, but my friend's (Phaedrus) said he experienced drift. I suggested that he try mechanically try to fix it. He did that and it worked. go figure.

All we need now is time to fly them.....

Might be possible. This is easy to find out. There is a chapter in the manual, describing how to make servo center adjustment. Just enter the servo adjustment menue as described and check if swash is level.
(Don`t look for a level swash in any other mode, becouse the FBL will allways tilt the swashplate when heli is on the ground!)
If the swashplate is not level after entering the servo adjustement menue, adjust servo arms as described and level swash by adjusting the rods. After ths procedure, do the trimflight. Done!
