I finally finished! This heli is loaded. AR8000 w/ sat, 3SX, TM1000 w/ bat and RPM sensors and Scorpion BUG. Was a wiring nightmare.

Wiring Before

Finished pics

The green strap is for the Scorpion BUG

Had to customize the canopy to fit.

Did you feel much of a difference between 2400 and 2600 ?

It looked like you flew it very similarly at both head speeds.

A lot more pop at 2600.....when I wear the camera on my cap I have to keep my head sort of tilted down so I feel uncomfortable flying hard so kept it mellow at both headspeeds....not much of a smack type flyer anyway......you definitely feel a difference in collective response between the two headspeeds.

Hah. Thanks for letting someone else demo it for us I'm a long, long way off from there.

I take it that was 2600rpm? What mah bat? Did you really need to come down at 3 or was he about to explode your heart and you used it as an excuse? I see he didn't want to stop, he was enjoying it so much

Yeah he freaked me out! It was 2750 rpm and believe it or not the battery was a zippy 3000mah 20c battery. The way I fly at 2600 rpm I get 4 minutes easy with those lipos but when Mark flies my helis I lower the timer to 3 minutes max or he will impregnate my lipos! If you look at the description on youtube of this vid it gives all the info on what is in the heli....you'll be surprised.

Sounded like you still had to yell at him to make sure he lands it on time. I got a kick out of that.

Yeah....Mark gets carried away when he flies....enjoying himself too much! He actually has flown my Goblin 500 and said he liked the HD 500 feel a little bit more in general.

I let a sponsored pilot fly my TDR at a fun fly and I didn't cuss, but I could have used some adult diapers
