Default Simwerk Don't reply to emails

Sent Simwerk an Email over a week ago asking when this new update is coming out, since I was told it would be out before the end of 2013, well still no reply, is this common with these guys?

I share your frustration,

I sent my old blue dongle back to them. The only response I've had since sending it early Nov13 after chasing was "received it and will look at it soonest". I've just sent my fourth e-mail pleading for a response as I would "love" to use Reflex again.

How did you go with a reply? I still haven't heard anything.

Sent my umpteenth e-mail today and.........still no response.

I've almost fathomed it out with the subtle changes to wording on the web-site. Basically they are now asking you to send them back the blue dongle and 99 Euro's for the upgrade. I cant remember how much it cost when I originally bought it but I know it was a mad amount and to be honest I feel quite frustrated to say the very least.

Another e-mail sent again today but this time I sent so many e-mails I am hoping that their inbox screen is going to be so full of my e-mails, and maybe they might respond.

I finally did receive an e-mail this morning and am going to be receiving a brand new set-up from them.

I take back everything I have said about Reflex in the past as the e-mail received today was a massive result and very sincere.

Good news! Are you upgrading from an old version or do you have to buy the newest one outright? What version are you using at the moment? Their site does not seem to mention the 3D feature of the latest version. The only reason I know about the 3D feature is because Hobby King are selling it, and at what seems to be a very good price, $103.35!
Eric.

I'm hoping to get the full version which I think is V5.06.3 with my new dongle.

At the moment I have 5.04.1 loaded but cant fly until I get the dongle back. I have downloaded the iZ3D driver http://simwerk.de/reflex-xtr-flugsimulator/de/Geforce by clicking on the GeFroce icon at the bottom of the simwerk web page.

3D works on the older version I've got installed and that on a nothing special LCD laptop set to very basic anaglyph mode within the driver display window.

Unfortunatelly the company that do this driver have gone belly up but still offer this driver free. Im sure there must be many other 3D drivers that work well too.iZ3D is very simple to use and utelises the num-pad keys for shortcuts etc. If you install it and then start reflex, go down to the task bar on your pc and you will see the icon for control of the driver.

I dont have 3D glasses at work so colored a pair of safety glasses with red and blue ink and was able to see a little glimmer of 3D whilst looking at a stationary heli as well as the pre-loaded videos within the Reflex program.

Once I get the dongle back from Germany I will defo update on progress.

The one for sale on HK looks like its the latest version with the write up on 3D coming from
the link I mentioned above.

Sorry its been such a long time since my last post...but.......I've been to busy flying on the latest version of Reflex.
Once you figure out how to get the dongle and everything else working its actually very good, especially when you learn how to get your own Tx settings to do the work.
Unfortunately having had a look at AccuRC which is soon to be released I think Reflex XTR and possibly some other sims are going to be a thing of the past, or it might be I sign of major change with the other manufacturers having to up their game big time.
