Default Blade Micro - AH-64 Apache

Looks like Blade is definitely getting their scale micro act together...

yeah, but does the 30mm cannon track the pilot's head movements?

Seriously, that looks awesome, though.

I took a look around the site a bit, and it's funny they still have the mCX, an old (yet reliable) design. And the Nano CPx is still in the advanced section, too.

Didn't see the 230S in there either...

Wanna see odd...check the category pics...

The 360CFX is both intermediate...and advanced...

And the AH-64 looks awful big in comparison...

And the 4S 270CFX looks awful small

Interesting enough...it's a licensed replica...and the price point is lower than the mCPX BL and 130X came out at...

I like that they went dual brushless outrunner motors. A BL motor on the tail is going to be much more reliable, smooth and a lot easier to repair than the troublesome mechanical TT drive they used on the Red Bull 130X raised angled tail pylon design. Stock 2S 400mAh batteries, too. Now, maybe I'll have a use for all those old 130X batteries I never use anymore.

From bladehelis.com...

Li-Po Power

The easy to remove canopy makes installation of the included E-flite® 400mAh 7.4V 2S Li-Po flight battery simple. Both the RTF and BNF versions include a balance Li-Po charger.

The BNF specs seem to have the error...but it's surely gonna be 2S

Well, if it's 3S then I can use my higher capacity 180CFX batteries.

Seems a bit shifty though where they have it placed on the website. I know those silhouettes aren't perfectly scale but they generally use them to give you a general idea of the size.

I noticed the battery oddities too. On the main product page they list 2S 7.4V, 3S 11.1V, and 2S 11.1V. How does that even work? Lol

That aside, I want one even with my limited time to fly.

Realistically it should be about half the length of the 360.

Comparing length, it's 10mm longer than the 180CFX...

Main blades at 135mm put it in the 130X range

I think its aimed at the front yard flyer, hence the size and safe modes. Plus the low price tag and dxE combo
