I am really liking the charger setup I built last winter. It is powered by a Meanwell 48V 2000W power supply. It holds two DPL8 chargers and the BUMP to control the four channels.
It will charge four 5000mah 6s packs at 3C for a total draw of approx 1700W according to the BUMP. I don't normally charge at 3C, but when I need to, it will take 4 packs from Storage to full charge in 10-12 minutes.

The two small fans push filtered air into the case, and the big fan sucks the hot air out. There is also another small fan forcing air from the lower deck holding the power supply to the upper deck holding the chargers. At max output, the chargers and power supply only run 10-20C over ambient temperature with this configuration. The screen above the BUMP is the fan controller. It controls the four case fans as well as gives the temperature at the power supply exhaust, and an alarm if any of the fans fail.

The case is sealed when closed. The only holes I drilled were for the four flush hex head 1/4" bolts that fasten the top deck on and securely hold all the internal components in place. Removing the four bolts allows removal of the top deck and the two DPL8 chargers. Removing the four screws from the lower deck allows removal of that deck and the power supplies.

Picture from IRCHA, I was charging everything in sight.
4 separate chargers charging 4 different types of batteries.

At one point I had 2 x batteries charging at 20A on one of the dual PL8's leaving the other dual PL8 free to charge smaller stuff.

While I was there it charged EC3, EC5, 5.5mm bullets, RC ProPlus 6mm, Anderson Power Poles, XT150's, and Deans in 2S, 3S, 4S, 6S, 7S sizes.

I had 6S and 7S extension cables.

The bump controller worked great. All my batteries and all the batteries of my friend sharing the canopy had RFID tags. The rest we charged in manual mode.

Just finished a smaller case for the indoor flying season. It has a single PowerLab 8 under the deck. The deck and balance boards were provided by progressiverc. The red switch allows me to switch between the 24v internal voltage provided by dual hp 1200fb psu, and an external DC supply such as lead acid batteries.

I can attach jumper cables to connect it to my main power case where it will have access to a bump controller.

Here is mine. I got the PL8x2, and other accessories from Progressive RC. The case came from walmart, and the deck is made from 1/4" birch plywood covered with self adhesive carbon fiber film wrap.

It took the two chargers and PS out of my tall charging towers that was on wheels since it was too heavy and I never took it out to the field.

Instead I created this very light and small footprint charging brick.
It's 15"x6.5"x 8" tall and may have half a pound of weight past the weight of the electronics.

Love this case! I'd love to see how it looks under the lid! Its a similar setup to mine but yours looks much better overall.

Thanks Krauley I'm very happy with it.

I made the bump frame, charge board circular frames and the fan guards.
I posted the STL file on thingiverse if you have access to a 3D printer.

I'll post the inside of the box this up coming weekend.

powerlab 6 with bump controller case. when i first read about the bump controller i thought it was a gimmick but after watching some how to and seeing the newest firmware in action i changed my mine. the manual charge and how the user interface interacts with the powerlab making easier to setup a charge was worth the cost alone. i havent even setup a bump tag yet wow im i happy with my newest setup.

https://goo.gl/photos/gwybj2DAwRDfGNy17

gotta say thanks to Heli_Jelly for letting me use his plans for the bump case

This is the smallest and lightest charging case I've made yet. It's 16 lbs 4 oz, 6 3/8" deep x 15" wide.
