Default Getting power to a Meanwell power supply

Hey guys I bought a Meanwell S-350w-24v power supply (http://www.e-bikemike.com/reviews/Me...c%2014.6A.html). This will be my first doing this, I need to get power to it. So I'm going to cut off the plug on one of my power cords. The question I have is how will I know what wire goes to the N - L and funny symbol (think its also 'E') terminals on the power supply? Has anyone done this before? ALso should I solder it to the bracket or just wrap the wire tightly around the screw?

All done and working great. Little beast of a power supply! Quiet as a mouse too. Thanks again for the assistance!
