Default 4010 duo problem- reading wrong voltage HELP

Here's the scoop guys. I was trying to discharge a 6s battery on my 4010 duo with my lipo connection solutions 36v power supply (3 server power supplies in series).
I plugged in my fully charged 6s battery and it shows 23.5v, when it was really fully charged at 25.2v as confirmed with lipo checker and spare icharger. I noticed one of the 3 power supplies no longer turns on- no idea what's wrong with it. I'm thinking the last time i used it to charge, it died during the charge and may have damaged my 4010. Anyone have a similar experience or know what the hell happened?

I've heard that is one weakness of the iChargers.. if a PSU fails mid-charge the voltage change can toast the charter. That's another reason I use deep cycles on my 4010.

Hey buddy.

Sorry to hear this, I also saw it over on RCgroups from memory to.

I've not actually come across a dead DUO caused by a failed power supply to comment on what the symptoms would be.
I'm the power supply and charge case seller with the bespoke protection circuits for use with the iCharger DUO's to safe guard them against this known input power weakness, so I've not had any problems. To safe guard my customers charger, I do not sell any of my psu setups to DUO users without it due to the risk should one fail.

While it might not be the cause, it's a good coincidence that your problems developed and you noticed the 3rd psu in series had failed.
