Default ar7200bx with align 4 blade head - 500 size

I am trying to confirm the setup on my Hughes md500 with the align 4 blade head and ar7209bx flybarless unit. It looks like the head has no setup for mechanical phasing as the head has a bolt through the head which prevents the following arms from moving.

I have watched a couple of videos to try and figure out the setup. I put 1 blade over the tail and one over the nose than the other 2 are 90 deg off of those and go over either side. When I give aileron the 2 blades over the nose and tail move but the side blades are stationary which from what I understand is correct, than when I move elevator the side blades move but I am also getting movement on the other 2 blades over the nose and tail. I did not think this was correct or is it? Is there any phasing electronically in the 7200bx?

The Align four blade rotor has the phasing built in.
No need to make any adjustments for phasing.

Just zero pitch each rotor grip, at Step G, via the swash to grip link, then you're good to go.

You're probably inducing some lateral movement, when you move the sticks. Unless you could lock the stick movement, it's very difficult to move the sticks precisely without inducing some lateral movement.

There is no electronic phasing in Version 3.0 software.
