Default Accessing programming

OK folks and issue has arisen and I need some help please!!!!
this morning I updated the firmware of both head and gyro and was just going through the set up parameters.
After exiting the program for a while I returned to have another play, now all I can get is the first screen on the head side allowing me to set the RX and that's it.
The red led that lights up is not showing in the window but there is a red light glow showing from around the sat connectors(I suspect the led has popped out)
Anyway all help much appreciated as I've put a support ticket in but had no e-mail confirmation from them so i suspect support is none existent now.
Cheers all.
Paul

What transmitter are you using? Were you in the set up area at all in the program? You may need to go back and rebind the TotalG to your transmitter if you are using without an external receiver. Then there is always the transmitter needs to be on and the FGL unit initialized before hitting the connection button in the program.

Curtis is still supporting the TotalG so no worries there. I know that Curtis is at a funfly this weekend so you probably will not hear anything back until next week.
