Default How do you know if you got a bad sensor

How can you tell if my neo not working my tail servo right.

I have been having issues with my sab nitro where the tail have a wag no matter how much gain or how little gain, I get that wag.

Its worse when I have it at bank 2 at 1960rpm on the head and I swing the tail and it turns normal then does it very fast and hard. I even bought a new servo to see if that helps. This a new Neo vlink that I got not too long ago and it was fine for about 10 flight. I Even redid a new model to start fresh.

On my vbar control nothing seem out of place on heli status and I get that normal high vib

As long as it boots then it is healthy.

Tail issues you are describing are normally a too long servo arm giving too much mechanical gain. Another place to check is that the Goblin tails all have too much throw if you set it to max on the tail slider. So shorten the tail servo arm and set about 30deg either side for tail pitch.

Also make sure the tail slider is not sticky, this happens with nitro helis often due to the oily exhaust.

Check whether the tabs holding the top of the case have snapped maybe? Tail gets weird on mine when they snap.

Still nice and strong on upper case of neo. Looks like the copper tube that goes around the rod for the servo to tail is wearing out. I can see the carbon rod now on that copper.

i went over the tail and its silky smooth. still doing the same thing. its like when i turn right with rudder it turns and then you can see the tail move even faster almost like overdrive kicks in. My next step is to re grease the tail bearing and thrust and see what happens.
