Default Spinning CB180D After Motor/RX replacement

Please help!

I recently replaced the main motor, tail motor and RX2423 for my CB100D. The problem I am having is that the entire heli now spins very fast, uncontrollably counter-clockwise (tail-in) when I get above 50% throttle. It feels like the tail rotor is pulling the tail in the _same_ direction that the tail already wants to go, instead of counter-acting that behavior. The tail blades are super tight on the axel, facing the right direction, and all the gearing feels really precise. I am quite confident this is not a trim, RX sensitivity, or tail rotor tightness issue. The effect is just too "strong".

I have been reading past posts on this topic (https://www.helifreak.com/showthread.php?t=309734 and https://www.helifreak.com/showthread...light=Spinning) and have some questions.

Looking at the heli tail-in, my main blades are spinning clockwise. My tail rotor is also spinning clockwise (if the heli is facing tail rotor side toward you). So, the tail rotor is spinning _forward_, toward the nose of the heli. I have the feeling my main blades should be spinning counter-clockwise instead. Or something.

If "john aeras" is out there, I am hoping he can explain this post in more detail (see link above) because I think this is my problem (the thread was closed):

"Remove the motor plug from the esc, turn it 180 degrees and plug it in. This reverses the direction of the motor spin by switching 2 of the 3 tail motor wires."

Can someone spell this out a tad more of the noob? It shouldn't matter which way the motors face when mounting them to the chassis right? So, which side of the main motor faces the nose of the heli, or which side of the tail motor faces "up" shouldn't matter right?

Thank you !

Unplug the tail motor, flip the plug 180* and plug it back in.
This changes the motor rotation direction.

Hey thanks for getting back to me!

Ok now I am starting to feel stupid When you say "flip the plug", do you mean to plug the positive (+, white) wire from the motor into the negative (-) input on the RX (thus also swapping the negative)? Right now I have the white, positive wire going to the positive input on the RX.

Just want to make sure cuz I've fried 2 main motors and an RX already

Thank you so much !

Ok it all make sense now! Just came back in from a test flight. To answer my own question, yes, plug the positive (white) wire into the negative on the receiver.

Totally get it. Thank you ~!!!!
