Escs have arrived! Decided on Castle 160s, didnt want to leave the excellent logging and I want to try the futaba telemetry connection. Using amass as150 bullets for battery connection, havent decided on motor plugs yet.

600 size motors for Velos.

KDE 600XF 3538
6+6 YY
1.25 mm wire
RI 17,2 mOhms
KV 548 (YGE, 18 deg Timing, without load)
537 (KOSMIK, Autotiming, without load)

Short peaks up to 9 kW are possible.
Continous way more than 4 kW.

Exactly same winding and some tests with the material (swapped different bells/cans) gave a PERFECT MATCH at kv!

Kv ended up a bit high so Im going to order the 20t pulleys

Very cool! Just out of curiosity, how much does it cost to have hand wound? How much more power does it make before and after?

Price really depends on what exactly you want. If you contact copper doc ie. Michael Steinmetz he will give you a price, tell him I sent you. KDE motors are beasts as it is but with more copper filling they are monsters and its noticeable for sure. He built another motor for me last year for my 14s x7. That motor has pulled 360a I think it was. I run a yge 320 with it, which is temporarily in for service from a blown cap O_O

Let me also add any esc or lipo you can come up with will HATE you hahahaha . Another example of before and after.... these motors for my velos are 600xf motors but with all the copper they will easily put out as much power as the scorpion ultimate if not more but weigh less.

JR servos Chad they will not disappoint you! I have never killed one yet. Warranty is outstanding and some of the best in the world swear by them. Pricing is on par with BK so that shouldn't shock you. Step away from the Dark side and come into the light. Let's end your servo failure issues and be done with it.

What DUCDOC said!

JR SLS01's on cyclic. JR SPG01 on the tail.

Smooth, quick, precise, and backed by a three-year warranty.

Made by a long established company with decades of experience making servos!
