OpenTX 2.2.0 RELEASE version is now out

Just a note the "final" version of the opentx has left the Release Candidate (RC) status and now it is available as 2.2.0 RELEASE.

i've been waiting for the stable release. I'll still wait a few weeks before i update.

Careful when upgrading.

Have had a few experiences where moving from 2.1 to 2.2, not every setting was translated in the upgrade (like I had a few AND values missing on logical switches).

Just test all the features and functions after upgrade for each model before flying. Prevent possible nasty surprises.

Check the upgrade enhancements before upgrading to see if you want to be an early adopter. Otherwise, like P.I.Engineer, wait a couple of months for releases to stabilise.

I test stuff on one TX at 2.2, but my flying TX is still 2.1.

Updating firmware I've never done I like your idea Archmage of having a 2nd TX to test on.

I've been flying on 2.2 on my Horus for quite some time. Biggest change I remember were telemetry values. Those needed to be redone. It's very stable though.

Yeah i fly with 2.2 since i have my horus, i don't have any problem and now i see that with 2.2.0 release some minor good changes are done in voices. An important note that there is a restriction in the numbers of character that can be used to describe rows or strings but many other new cool things are done specially on LUA.
