Default Xpert MM-3302T-HV heating up and not holding

Well its been about 2 weeks that I build my Gaui nx4 with all metal MM expert servos all around. My Expert tail servo heating up and not holding after about the 8th flight. This is all new electronic and helicopter using Neo flybarless. Problem is I bought this Tail servo new 2nd hand still package in the box and I don't know who I send it in for repair. Also if I have paypal info when I got it will warranty still cover this? Any Information where I send it in will be great.
(it heats up and you can move it with your finger with little force after it gets warm)

Thats the link for an RMA for Xpert servos.

Quick question... Can you post your vbar settings for your tail? You have it set to 760 narrow band right?
