Mine are close
but
Looks like your rework is good and will never cause you any problems..
Mine
I would not think this would make any difference but both my 470s have the optional Align turnbuckles.

When I went up full collective and cyclic forward, I had the same issue. I tried break away servo horns and normal servo horns. I wound up using a Dremel to get the clearance I needed. I adjusted my vbar cyclic ring down to 80 and now I have no issues. All other mechanical parameters in the FBL were good. Everything mechanically level.

My other experienced heli friends were ok with my decision. It may never have issues moving the servo that far in the air but I have peace of mind now.

Wouldn't that modification weaken the top bearing block especially the plastic bearing block?

Default Top bearing block

Nice smooth blend out.external stiffeners not affected.
but
It would be nice if Align came out with a new top plastic and metal bearing block with a little more give and maybe a solid cross section aft of the bearing.holder

It's still pretty solid. If anything, I think the plastic is better to mod because you don't need to subject the plastic to a lot of vibration and stress while grinding.

Just wanted to give everyone an update. I took my heli up for a maiden yesterday. It didn't hit the cyclic ring once during flight, in the vbar logs. So technically you should be ok even if you do not change the vbar settings. I just didn't want my servos to bind up. However, I don't see any harm in grinding down the bearing block to get the travel you need.

Needed travel?
Why would you ever need to go full collective and full forward cyclic?

Probably never. I think I mentioned that in my posts up there. But it gave me peace of mind knowing I have full travel that is all. None of my other helis had that problem. Now the FLB knows what it's full limits are and does not bind the servos in any way.
