Default 755 drifting to the left.

Hello all. I'm having a drifting issue with my Goblin 570. I have leveled the swash may times. I even bought a new set of servos because the old ones were a bit sloppy. I thought that was the issue. I have tried to crank the gains way up. I even cranked up the Heading hold A and E. It made it a bit better but it did not solve the issue. Am I doing something wrong here? Or is there something I am missing? The heli flies amazing otherwise. Another odd behavior, if I leave the heading hold at the stock 80 setting the heli also drifts to the left while making a high speed pass down the runway. Raising the heading hold cures this. Any pointers would be greatly appreciated. My buddy just bought a 760R to try out and he is also having a drift issue with his logo 600. His drifts backwards.

Thanks in advance,
Emilio

So a few thoughts come to mind as I experienced this as well.

My issue was because I didn't have my endpoints setup correctly as I moved from a different FBL. I went round and round on it until I realized what was going on.

Other time I experienced this was because I had my blades to tight which caused some vibration.

I have had other issues with vibration in some models which led to a drift.

Other thought I have is how did you mount it? CGYs like to be as rigid as possible. I use a single thin layer of 3m tape and that's it. On my nitros which I use the 750 I use the tape with a metal plate.

I asked Dr. Ben about this. His response was most likely vibration. Another possible, but far less likely cause would be a bad sensor. I'd look for vibration.

If the drift gets worse the longer you fly then it’s vibration. If it doesn’t then it’s a setup problem. The 760 needs a very level swash. Even with my Soko I usually have to slightly adjust the swash after I test fly. If it’s drifting to the left then raise the left servo and lower the right servo by a couple points in the swash level menu.

Sound advice.

Thanks for all the tips. I ended giving up and pulling the unit off. I'll post it up for sale soon. If anyone here wants it make an offer and I will ship it to you with the GPB-1.
