Default Thoughts on CopterX 600 DFC head

Planning on converting my old 600CF to FBL. I've read good things about the CopterX head. I want to be able to drop it onto my chassis, utilizing my existing 10mm mainshaft.
Can anyone weigh in on this head? Parts support/performance? Not interested in piecing a setup together; would rather drop a head in, set up an e-bar, and go fly.
Thank you all in advance,
Ed

Ended up buying a used Align DFC 600 complete head. I have a KDS ebar v2 ordered also. So, that's what's going into this 600CF

I dont think you can use the existing mainshaft even if you went with an align head. DFC setups drop the head lower meaning shorter mainshaft

Yes, you are correct. The setup I bought came with a shorter mainshaft which fit perfectly all the way into the 3rd bearing. Now I've got 4 Align 201mm mainshafts in my spare parts pile! This DFC head looks pretty nice. I'm waiting on a FBL unit to show up. This'll be the first non-flybarred heli I've ever built, so any and all DFC advice is appreciated!
Thanks,
Ed

Do not allow the dampers to go out. Get brand new ones. When in doubt, change them out. Make sure that you use the updated head axle as well that is not stepped, this will eliminate as much play, in the rotor grip assembly, as possible and keep the ball links from popping off.

Ran about 10 or more different heads on my own 600. They all worked just fine. Anything based off the 10mm shaft can be modded to fit and function.

Thank you all for the valuable advice. I'm grateful to all the FBL veterans who are willing to share their knowledge. I received my ebar v2, and got it set up. I need to start testing everything out, flight wise.
