Coverting??
Is it possible to convert a 105hz into a 105hzr?? Is it just a simple matter of ordering a new carb and backplate?

Carb, regulator, back plate and check valve.. Plug the nipple on the muffler and should be good to go!

If you want to spend the money, do what the post above me said. Order the different parts and replace. |

There is more differences then simply the needle and reg.
The Venturi opening in the carb body is tuned for the regulated engine to provide the proper negative pressure to operate. The mixture control valve and carb rotor are similarly changed to ensure the engine can be tuned correctly. |

Converting from regulated to muffler pressure, ditch the reg and use both needle assemblies from a HZ on the carb and obviously plug the backplate. |
