My zeal experience
I ordered a set of zeal blades for my x3. They are the energy 360mm. I love the way they look.
But upon receiving them, they didn't fit my blade grips. Which isn't zeal fault really since my x3 has the upgrade bearings and the bolts sticks out further. But I also noticed some scratches on the blades which I presume was from them rubbing together in the package. I contacted zeal about this via their online inquiry. I wasn't expecting a response until at least Monday. I submitted the form at 4:00 pm eastern time. Then at 9:30 pm eastern time I had a reply from zeal asking for pics of the blades and a copy of my invoice from heli direct. I sent that right away and within 10 minutes I had another reply from zeal saying they contacted heli direct for me and I'll be hearing from them shortly. Then around 11:00 I received an email from heli direct saying that a new set of blades is being sent to me. So the entire thing went from issue to solved in less than 8 hours! Now that's what I call customer service from both zeal and heli direct.

Zeal must have a stack of crap blades.
Seems like every other day a post about them.

In my opinion, they need to change how they are packing them. They are definitely rubbing together during shipping and getting all scratched up. It would cost a little more, but i think a felt bag for each blade would protect them nicely in transit. Or maybe put some of that clear film on them for transit, like the stuff they put on electronic screens and such
