Current I have in my helicopter the 3SX flybarless unit from Bavarian demon. I have two Gpro units that I haven't used. I don't want to take my computer to the field anymore. I would like to use a unit that has Bluetooth. I've tried the Gpro with Bluetooth in the past, however it did not work. How would you guys compare the Gpro with Ikon2? I fly nitro helicopter and I heard that Ikon is good for nitros.

Can't comment on the Gpro, but if you do go with the Brain/iKon2, get the HD version with bluetooth. It's a perfect match for nitro. With the integrated power bus, it makes for a very substantial connection with the rx pack. The included on/off switch is the icing on the cake!

I do not have HV servos. It will make any difference if I get the HD?

I fly with gpros in both my goblins. I love them. With the Bluetooth module you can do everything on your phone that you can with a laptop. I honestly don't use my Bluetooth module much because once I seriously up the helis I don't futz with the settings much but if you did the gpro app with the module works great.

I use the GPro on my 2 helicopters, TRex700L and my last TRex470LM and of course the Blue tooth. This FBL system meets all my needs right now.
