Flying Fingers My HF Map location Join Date: Dec 2009	Eagle Tree Systems ( Great Company ) I recently sent my Eagle Eye's Ground Station back to the ETS because of problems with the video output. The unit was out of warranty which was going to result in a flat $40.00 repair charge. The unit arrived at their facility 7 days later and they couldn't find it. Two weeks later it was found they immediately sent me a new unit free of charge for the inconvenience. Mistakes happen I realize and I remained civil although somewhat concerned.
