Default 6hv FBL Link Rods

Using the swashplate tool that came with the kit, blades at 0 degree's, 50% collective (mid stick). My elevator link rod from swashplate to servo is too short, the ball links are only held on by a few threads.

Can someone share there Pitch, Aileron and Elevator linkage length from end to end please.

My servo horns are at 90 degree's to the shaft.

Thanks

Check out this post from my 550U build thread where I posted the measurements for the three swash links at zero pitch. Note that I am using the new Gorilla ball links which are beefier than the old links.

Also which hole are you using for the Jesus bolt? The measurements are set up with the head in the lowest position. Also make sure your using the medium length rod for the elevator. There are 3 different sizes

Thanks Dominator,

I have the Jesus bolt in the top hole of the head and also using the mid length linkage on the elevator. I bought some extra ball links and they work perfect, they are a little longer and stronger than the ball links that came with the rods.

Is this a 6HV or 6HV-U?

It's a 6HV FBL (non ultimate).
