Default Balls that fit the servo arms - cant get them anywhere

I have a 700X Super Combo and I need a replacement ball to fit the standard metal servo arms. These balls dont seem to be available anywhere.

It's a 5mm diameter ball with a 2.5mm thread. The official name of this particular ball is: Φ5Linkage ball C(M2.5x4)

I've tried:
  • Linkage ball set H70121T - This set says it comes with two of these balls, but in fact the balls supplied are 2mm threaded so no use.
  • Servo arm set HSP61015QR - This is supposed to come with three arms and three matching balls. In reality no balls are included.
I've tried both of these items twice from different suppliers and the situation is the same. So my 700X is now grounded for the sake of a single ball and has been for three weeks. I've spent a small fortune on arms and balls and still dont have the single 2.5mm threaded ball i need. My only option would seem to be either change the arms and use alternative balls and ball links, or tap out the arm to take a 3mm ball, neither of which seems right for what is a new heli that should have good spares support

The HSP61015QR certainly should include the balls, as they're listed in the description.

Perhaps the baggy just wasn't placed in the plastic box.

Have you asked your retailer?

I've tried three different retailers who have checked their stock and all come only with arms, no balls included (despite the description).

Update.. I tried all the UK dealers and all of their existing stock of HSP61015QR has no balls included. Then I tried the main UK distributor and they checked their stock and they tell me that balls are included in the boxes they have

The distributor can't sell direct to the public, but fortunately one of the dealers is just along the road from them so the dealer agreed call in to the distributor and pick up some new stock. I'm keeping my fingers crossed until I have them in my hands but hopefully the problem is solved. So it just looks like the packs with missing balls were a 'rogue batch'.
