What do I use?

Absolutely nothing.

People tend to discuss this passionately, but from a technical point of view the answer is as simple as that.

I have grounded my boom to the frame though, just to be on the safe side (ESD-wise).

Not to start a huge discussion here, but since the 75% of the heli is carbon fiber, particularly where your electronics are, whats the worry? Last time I checked CF isn't conductive... not positive.
