Make sure throttle curves are correct in transmitter. After you plug in battery and the flb initilizes, flip your throttle hold switch and the esc should arm and be ready to go! The esc wont initilize until you flip throttle hold on then back off!! Let us known if it works!!

It's often do to throttle trim keeping the ESC from arming. Either turn off throttle trim or lower it down until the ESC arms. My 360CFX was the same way out of the box. I pushed down on the throttle trim switch on my radio and wallah .. I got the arming beeps.
I have since turn off trim for that channel and re-calibrated the ESC but this will get you going.

I think this forum is a bigger help than customer service at HH. However, you may have a bum ESC. I would keep calling back, like daily.

Make sure all 3 phases of your motor are connected. Maybe unplug them and check the voltage when you throttle up & down.

Don't give up, it's a great little monster and crazy fun to fly.

I had a bad ESC on my 200S when it came out of the box. I was able to prove it by swapping the ESC off my 230S as it's the same one. They sent me a new one at no charge. Do some more checking of what people suggest and then call back. They are usually very easy to work with unless you get the one guy who blames everything on you.

I don't think it will make a difference but try rebinding from a distance with your trim all the way down and TH off. Just make sure your blades are off and your throttle stick is at the bottom.

It's nearly always to do with throttle hold in some form or other from my experience. Glad you got it sorted and happy flying. Chris

Right on.
After your first crash, consider upgrading the servos to KST's...
