Save Settings for Neo/Model

I understand that settings are kept in the NEO, ie. when flying the same model with a new (different) VControl--was able to just bind and fly.
If i'm going to move a Neo to a 2nd model, but it's set up perfectly for the first model, will the settings be over-written when setting up the new 2nd model?
If so, can I save 1st model to PC (VControl folder) to use again later? Just confiming.

Yes you can save the setup to vbc and reload to another unit.
Please do first an initial setup if it is a new one.

That is correct. You can save to/load from the VBC directly to the NEO.
