Default GAUI 365 FES and LTS 3100-G

Hi,

Got recently the GAUI 365 and 3 blades head...and well I love it. First try the 3 blade head without the GAUI 363. It is flyable, twichy yes but flyable inside my little Dutch living room. Then istalled the GAUI 365 on my EP200 and of course overlooked a bit the install manual especially about revers of the servos for ELEV and AIL. Finally got it to work and much stable than without the GAUI 365...well that is expected :-). Now to make it work I had to remove the LTS 3100-G servo because what ever I do the TAIL servo miss behave with the GAUI 365. When I set the max limite pot on the GAUI 365 FES gyro and give LEFT rudder nothing happen, only the servo reacts on right rudder and just a bit, not to the full travel. If I give fast left/right rudder with or with heasd lock at one point the servo does not respond anymore almost no travel... I've try both the ANALOG and DIGITAL setting no go...The servo is working fine with the LTS 2100T I checked again...so it seems there is someking of incompatibility of some sort. ...so tail problem, less than AIL/ELEV gyro...

Any one has try this setup, Any clues? So for the moment I use the spektrum DSP60...with this setup, lot of tail wag even at not much gain

Many thanks..

From memory, the 3100g is a narrow pulse servo and will only work with gyros that will support narrow pulse frequencies eg the 2100T and Spartan DS760. I'm sure there are others that I've missed, but it sounds like the 365 doesn't support it.
You can always go back to using the 2100 for the tail in conjunction with the 365.
