Ok, i've had enough of the tp 610C not being in stock so I have made a stupid decision to go with the 1010C (I am going to chip in some of my money obviously)

My question is (To Grant or anyone with a 1010C charger) Does the 1010C come with the red and black (pos and neg) leads that fit into the power supply (Not the crocodile clips)

And another question. The power supply I bought origionally for the 610C http://www.cmfhobbies.com/ULTRAPOWER...-240V/1032.htm will still be ok with the 1010C charger right? (Sorry, I am a complete noob at this)

I figure getting the best one will be better for me anyway.

Thanks in advance.

-Jonny

Grant!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I need your help/advice.

I sent the tp 1010C back for a bantam BC6-10 and quess what. They have only gone and sent back the tp 1010C to me! What a waste of postage money! I might aswell have just bought the 210C balancer.

I am just going to try and ask him if I can buy a 210C with money off or something because I have been waiting for a charger from about 3 weeks before christmas.

I cannot believe how unlucky I am sometimes.

Ok so my questions are. Shall I go ahead with sending it back again (Lot's of hassel etc and more money on postage again) Or shall I try and get the 210 for cheaper (I mean a lot cheaper, I am pee'd off)

Also, if you have a trex 600N why have you got a 1010C. If for some reason you need a powerful charger for a 600N then I will stick with this because my plans are for a 600N in the future. But I doubt I would need this charger for a 600N because I don't need a big pack just to power the reciever and servos etc.

And with this charger not only do you have to plug the pack's balancer wires into the charger you have to plug the deans into the charger too! Why.

Thanks Grant Or anyone who knows alot obout the 1010C.

-Jonny

EDIT: Never mind. The guy at fast-lad rang me up and said he could get the bantam to me by tomorrow and to give the 1010C to the post man and he will post it back lol

The charge goes into the pack through the deans and it discharges through the balance plug to balance the cells.

If I were you Jonny I would send an email to the seller and explain what happened. Let them know you are upset(nicely) and allow them to suggest a remedy. Make sure that they understand that you are a valued customer and that you would like to continue business with them in the future but they will need to have a good remedy for your want to continue business. Decide what you really want and make sure that they know what you really want. Also be sure that they know that you will share the word of their customer service with others weather good or bad through forums which many people read. So that they are fully aware that one person makes a HUGE difference. Remember to BE NICE do not rant or rage! Be the better man and the best will come to you!

I did email him first "Nicely" Firstly because if I am not very nice in the email the website would not be such a good service to me and secondly. I have bought many suttf off them and they are a great shop. I will still keep buying from them. Everyone makes mistakes, he accidentally sent me the wrong one back. Anyway, I will be getting the bantam tomorrow which was why I was so frustrated because I thought it would be another week with no charger
