oooh i've seen bioluminescence before. i went with my high school science class on a whale watching/conservation trip down the baja penninsula to where the gray whales make babies. on the way down, we spent most of our traveling time at night and there were a few nights where the plankton would be out full swing and it looked like there was a massive black-light on the bottom of the boat! the water was like a flourescent blue-green color. it was really trippy and probly one of, if not the coolest thing i've seen and i've been diving on the great barrier reef before

Thanks for the support Mikej. I cannot get over how absolutely indifferent such a large percentage of humans are to the condiition, suffering, and state of desperation that all creatures besides us are in. And of course people are in the same desperate state as all the other living things and they just do not know it.

I do try to smile and enjoy the day because after all, it is all I have. But I cannot let making light of the demise of species go unchallenged.

It is not something to joke about.

And by the way Mystic. I have actually been able to convince people to take a 180 degree turrn in their thinking on very controversial, important issues - like the death penalty, but that is another topic. They actually mentioned it years later and said they appreciated me opening their eyes.

Sweet thanks kahn. Just throwing my 2 cents in, but I think that the universe will take care of it's own. Problem to take care of it we as humans must go. We are to full of our selfs to relize that things have been in a downward spiral for a very long time. But that is just my opinion and we all know what opinions are like.

Good point - So what I really need to do is hang around near Rebecca Romijn just in case she feels "we're all going to die - I want to make love one more time before I die" then I'm in

For you Marco we can ask to dress up as your favourite sheep Flossie - in fact that should work quite well as she was the shape-shifting mutant from X-men
