I think it's cool. Very nearly over detailed, But very COOL. Maybe a little red along the edges of the necks for effect. YMHO

love it the way that the hurri is hanging vertically with those two heads brings something else to mind... aka testicles. i'll take 4. another thing that might look good is to have the heli horizontal with the heads hanging from the skids

btw- any word on an eta for the frames? how's the crash test going?? gimmegimmegimmegimme

Hi Guys

Unfortunately there's been a few delays,
The CNC machine shop has been closed for a week due to local harvest festival celebrations, and also my carbon fibre supplier has been messing me around and has not yet shipped the carbon i paid for over two weeks ago.

i am promised that the carbon will arrive this coming week,
and the machine shop will be back up to speed as well.

I am hoping that the first production frame sets will be ready for shipping in about 1.5 weeks fingers crossed.

Thanks for your patience all

Ben

Yes, take the time to get it all right the first time out. Nothing more unfulling than having to send out a missing part or one that dosnt fit. so take the time on your side to get it right.

We that want a frame set will be here money in hand and in line for the best Head Banging Aftermarket Frame sets around

Hey Eric

Im still at the mercy of the machine shop, dont forget this is a very small order for them so i am low on the priority list even thogh the owner is a friend of mine!
I dont want to give you a time frame only to dissapoint you if i miss it. Rest assured I am pushing this through as fast as i can.

However he does show me preference over some of his more awkward clients!

We have been doing some research on the best way to cut carbon on the mill and it turns out that rotary files are the best thing as opposed to traditional end mills. when using a traditional end mill you have to do alot of tidinying up with a hand file at the end to remove all the frayed edges. This is both time consuming and the end product could be better.

He also needs to fabricate a vacuum attachment for his mill as the rotary files create alot of dust, we dont want the mill opporators dont end up with lungs full of carbon dust.

Bare with me guys were almost there,

I have my wife researching all the shipping costs to various places around the world so will let you know the results of that as soon as i know them.

Cheers

Ben

To all of you who would like to purchase either a
Full Head Hunter Frame set,
Easy Mesh Motor Mount
Or Upgraded Bearing Block Set.

Please can you send me your Postal Address Via PM or Email to me so i can send you the shipping costs.
I will also send payments details.

All the Aluminium components are being machined today then they need to be sent to another machine shop and Vibration Polished to remove all machine marks.
The Carbon Fibre parts should be machined tomorrow then they will need to be hand finished then they are ready for dispatch.

I am hoping that i will have a big pile of packages to take to the post office on Saturday, as long as you have sent payment of course!!
