Ok, I finally managed to get some clear coat on this new canopy for the Rave, along with a new one for the Logo so I thought I would post some pictures of the finished product!

HOT man! hows the quality on the fiberglass itself and how hard was it to cut the landing gear cutouts ? that's the only thing holding me from getting one as they didn't cut the cutouts.

Much more solid (less flexible) then the org. canopy.

If you have a dremel the work is done in 15-20min (buy an extra set of grommets etc.)

I'm happy with it..... now I go fly outside for the first time with this Shinjuku Painted Canopy Rave3D ^^

Any reason for the Jazz 55, not the 40?

Sure, 40A continue is a bit less...because in a climbout and doing some amps pulling things afterwards p.e. -> pulling 45+ Amps. Maybe the Jazz40 will do but safety side choosen.

What are you running on it? I ran a 40 on 6S and had no problems whatsoever.

That canopy you have is hot,, but it looks like it would be hard to see in the air due to the black and dark blue colors, but other than that, it looks awesome.

I'm using the KBDD blades. Not quite as stiff as carbon, but very very good, plus they look good!
