Hey Bmcx_fan, Nice pictures, but you may want to pull out those first two pictures, or at least paint over your VISA card in the background. I know it's hardly visible, but the last thing any one needs is credit card fraud from a simple and innocent slip up like that!

Happy flying!

Thumbs up My Fleet

Hello All, I'm new to this forum and new to R/C Heli's. I just got back into R/C after a long Hiatus; as a child I've had R/C cars and Planes but have never had a Heli.
My children got Havoc Heli's from Santa and to my surprise were very good at controlling those. So, I decided to Pick up a mCX for myself the day after x-mas at my LHS and again to my surprise, my kids picked up flight quickly. After a couple mishaps, I went back to the LHS to pick up some spare parts and left with another 2 mCX's and I also decided to pick up a CX2 as well.

It drives my wife nuts that my kids and I are flying Heli's in the house all the time. What a Blast!

This is a great forum and I'm glad it exists. Here are pictures of our mCX's, for now they are all stock.

Thumbs up Murdered out, son!

So this is my first eHeli (and first post.) It seems like the start of a lasting obsession.

I love my mCX. I shot it with flat black for that X-Files / CIA look. I did three coats of Rustoleum all-purpose camo black. I think if I'd stuck with two, the light would have shined through a little more. Now it's just barely visible when in flight. It's pretty menacing, actually. I want to get another white canopy and tape off a stripe or something. Or I could just add some windows to this one. (Dark brown root beer 2-litre plastic maybe?)

I've got more cosmetic mods to come. I may also feel comfortable with some performance mods soon, but it flies so nice as is that I may just stay in the looks dept.

I also have the GID kit blades and tail; it looks pretty good with the black body. I have an extra set of black rotors that I want to do orange tips on. More pics as the mods come...

This is my mcx. I put a little gold bling on it, GID frame and swashplate. I find it flys better with the GID frame and swashplate. Dont know why, I guess it has something to do with less flexi plastic or something like that
